Products are shipped F.O.B. shipping point with freight costs and handling fees paid by Ace Industries and charged to the customer. Orders over $500 (including any backorders) in the continental United States are shipped freight free. C.O.D. shipments are not permitted. Other terms and conditions may apply for freight collect, export orders, hazardous materials, special handling or shipments outside the contiguous United States. Any extra charges incurred for additional services, such as customer's carrier or special handling by the carrier, must be paid by the customer. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If product is damaged in transit, customer must file claim with the carrier.
- Most standard delivery orders ship UPS®. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

Ace Industries has a standard 20% restock fee on returns, and the Manufacturer restock set is set per order, there is no standard rate.
Call on-line sales at 800-733-2231 to request a Return Authorization number. Be sure to write your RA number on the shipping label. (Returns will not be accepted unless accompanied by this number).
All returns must be in their original, undamaged manufacturer packaging with all original packing slips and documentation and shipped back to the Customer Fulfillment Center from which they originated.
Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip.
Claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise or they will not be accepted.
Materials returned 30 days from date of shipment will not be accepted.
C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
Altered or etched items will not be accepted.
Cut-to-length products are considered final sale and may not be returned for credit.
In most cases we will not authorize the return of cut lengths of chain, wire rope or electrical cable.
