STAHL ST series is available in 1/4 to 6 Ton load capacity configuration. The ST series chain hoists has a standard hook suspension with available optional Plain, or Motorized trolley. Motorized trolley option is designed to enable large hook paths even at standard headroom, it is also available with a short headroom, reducing the headroom by 33%. The patented ST series is one of the safest hoists available. The direct suspension from the solid cast iron chain guide supports load at point of engagement.

- Motor - Powerful motor with high duty cycle and number of switching operations. Standard fan cooling, available optional temperature control by thermistor. Optional single-speed and four-pole versions available. High standard classification in accordance with ISO.
- Control - Robust control pendant with emergency stop palm button and control cable. All switching elements for hoist, cross, and long travel are 2-step. IP 65 protection. Additional control pendant options are available.
- Brake System - Low-maintenance, asbestos-free, electro-magnetic disc brake with oversized braking torque. Brake system is completely enclosed, protected from environment exposure to humidity, vapors, and dusts ensuring long-life and reliable operation. Contact Ace for available optional second brake for increased safety.
- Suspension - Standard hook mount. STAHL ST electric chain hoist comes with available option: Plain Trolley, Motorized Trolley, and Short Headroom Motorized Trolley.
- Frame - High-quality primer and top-coats. Standard paint system (polyurethane top-coat) to 3.1 mil on engine parts and SP-powder (saturated polyester) to 2.4 mil on steel parts.
