Demag trolleys perfectly complement DC chain hoists and are easily installed on I-beam girders or a KBK modular crane system. The new E style motorized trolley generation is available in four sizes for load capacities from 2,425 lbs. to 12,125 lbs. The flange width can be infinitely adjusted and covers a range from 2.28 in. to 7.87, and 7.91 in. to 12.20 in. This facilitates fast and simple installation. The travel rollers, made of high-strength and wear-resistant Polyamide, provide for smooth operation and low rolling resistance. Optional steel rollers are also available for special ambient conditions, e.g. high temperatures. Demag motorized trolleys provide horizontal travel solutions tailored to meet our chain hoist needs. All Motorized Trolley kits include manual trolley, electric drive, pushbutton, and cables shipped loose for field installation.
