Grade 30 Chain

Grade 30, commonly called Proof Coil, is manufactured to meet ASTM & NACM specifications. Typical uses include barrier chains, trailer safety chains, light construction, marine industry, etc. Grade 30 is available in a wide assortment of finishes and packaged configurations. Grade 43 Chain

Grade 43, commonly called High Test, is manufactured to meet ASTM & NACM specifications. Typical uses include container securement, logging, towing, and marine industry. Grade 43 is available in many finishes and package configurations. "Grade 43 is not to be used for overhead lifting."

Grade 70 Chain

Grade 70, commonly called Transport (binding) chain, is manufactured to meet ASTM & NACM specifications. Typical uses include tansportation and trucking industries. Grade 70 is thermal heat treated for superior wear and toughness "Grade 70 is not to be used for overhead lifting."

Grade 80 Chain

A higher strength heat treated alloy steel chain, CM grade 80 Herc-Alloy 800 chain is primarily used as a sling component for overhead lifting, but can also be used in rigging and tie down applications where a lighter weight, high strength chain is desirable. Grade 80 is recommended for lifting by NACM, ANSI and OSHA. Manufactured from special analysis alloy steel, Grade 80 is engineered for a superior combination of strength, lightness and durability.

Grade 100 Chain

Grade 100 chain is made from alloy steel and then heat treated. Grade 100 can be used for overhead lifting, tow and binder chain and general chain applications where high tensile strength is required.

Specialty Chain

Specialty Chain, used for many different applications, is manufactured to meet ASTM & NACM specifications. Typical uses include plumbing, hanging fixtures, pulley applications, and marine industries. Specialty chain is available in a wide assortment of finishes and packaged configurations.
